Is it possible to delegate the collection of reports?
Yes, it is possible to authorise someone else to collect the test results. They must present the receipt issued during registration and a valid form of identification.
When and how are the test results delivered?
Test results are provided upon presentation of the collection receipt. This receipt includes a detailed list of the tests performed, the specific collection date, and the available times. If you urgently need part of the results before the complete report is ready, you may request a partial report, which will be issued under the same procedure.
Can I obtain a certificate to justify my absence from work due to a blood test?
You can obtain a certificate confirming that the blood test was conducted on the specified day at our access point.
Is it possible to receive the report online?
Yes, you can receive the report directly to the e-mail address you provided during acceptance or you can consult the report by downloading the ‘Referti Online’ app.
